A Life Coach and Mindset Mentor who helps people find clarity, reconnect with their self-worth and build a life aligned with who they truly are. I don’t just teach this work - I’ve lived it - and I know first hand how much courage it takes!
My own journey has been far from steady. By the time I was 14, I had already experienced more trauma and mistreatment than any child should ever experience, leaving me deeply insecure and feeling unsafe both at home and outside in the world. As I grew into a young adult the struggle continued, and I found myself stuck in a series of toxic relationships as I battled with low-self worth, insecurity, and intense emotional dysregulation.
When I became a mother, I began to pick through those beliefs and behaviours in earnest, determined to give my own children a better experience than I had, but it would still be many more years before I made any real progress and, like any new parent, I made my share of mistakes along the way.
One thing that never changed throughout my journey was my love of helping other people and, although at the time I didn’t see that being a career, I still found myself helping friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers through the difficulties they were facing - all whilst actively working through my own.
For the longest time I resisted helping others as a career because I was afraid that it might impact me too heavily or - worse - that my own trauma might reflect back on the people I wanted so badly to help. Eventually I realised that these fears were not actually my own, they were an echo of other peoples past opinions, and whether I chose to do the work professionally or casually - I would still be doing it regardless because helping others is just an inherent part of what makes me ME!
Now, in every moment I’ve helped someone since - in the feedback I’ve received, and in understanding that helping others doesn’t in fact weigh on me, but actually makes me so much lighter! - I’ve finally let go of the belief that has held me back since I was 14-years-old. Now there is no doubt in my mind that I am exactly where I am meant to be.
