Hello, I’m Ronnie
A Life and Mindset Coach with a passion for helping people reconnect with their self-worth and build a life aligned with who they truly are.
I don’t just teach this work, I’ve lived it, and I know first hand how much courage it takes to reclaim your life.
My own journey has been far from steady. By the time I was a teenager, I had already experienced more than any child should ever have to experience and, as a result, I grew up feeling deeply insecure and unsafe in the world. As I grew into a young adult the struggle continued, and I found myself stuck in a series of toxic habits, relationships and behaviours as I battled with low-self worth, insecurity, and intense emotional dysregulation.
At 18, I became a single mother and I began to pick through those beliefs and behaviours in earnest. I was determined to give my own children a better experience than I had, but it would still be many more years before I made any real progress and, like any new parent, I made my share of mistakes along the way.
It wasn’t until my 30’s that I truly began to understand how powerful our mindset is in shaping our reality, and that the ways in which we love - or don’t love - ourselves can reflect back on our both our mental health and the choices we make. I began to really learn what my body needed to regulate, how to manage the intense feelings swirling inside me and to build self-trust and self-love. Importantly. I learned to accept myself as a perfectly imperfect human, someone who is valid and worthy, even in the face of her mistakes.
Now, I make it my purpose to help others do the same! To rediscover their sense of self, strengthen their boundaries and make sense of the noise so that they can move forward with confidence, into the life they want.
You are already worthy. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to see it.
Qualifications
As a Life and Mindset Coach, I firmly believe that my most valid qualifications come from lived experience. As someone who has experienced a life littered with trauma, I know very well what it means to fight with your mindset and mental health every day.
More importantly - I know the strength it takes to overcome it.
As well as lived experience, I also have a BSc in Psychology and I am currently training to become a counsellor, allowing me to incorporate more trauma-focused sessions with my clients.
I am also trained within safeguarding and ethical procedures, with a long history of working alongside vulnerable adults within neurodivergent and mental health settings.
Whatever your reason for being here, I’m so glad you are.
