The first step is to book a free consultation/taster session through the contact section at the top of the page.
This typically lasts 30-45 minutes and offers an important first introduction. It gives me a chance to get a feel for the areas you’d like to work on, while also giving you the opportunity to get a sense of me as a coach and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
After the session, I will follow up by email, detailing next steps.
It is important to me that this first meeting is pressure-free and there is no obligation to continue any further.

One thing that makes me different is that I will never suggest that my knowledge is greater than yours, especially when it comes to YOU.
While I do have extensive experience when it comes to managing life’s challenges, I recognise that not every experience is the same and not every individual views the world through the same lens. In this respect, you are the expert and I am the guide.
When working with me you can expect that I will be honest, open and authentically myself, offering a mixture of thoughtful guidance and lived experience to explore barriers and challenge limiting beliefs.
Feel free to visit the “meet the coach” section if you want to know a little more about who I am and how I came to be a Coach!

My tier-based pricing structure is designed to reflect my values - that coaching should be accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance.
The tiers I offer are hourly rates and apply across all services. These are £35, £55 and £60+ per hour, and are designed to support those who may need a lower-cost option while giving others the opportunity to pay it forward and help someone else in their journey, too.
This approach reflects another important value of mine - that coaching works best when it is built on a foundation of trust.
I trust that the tier you choose will be the one that feels most appropriate for your circumstances, and this will never require explanation or justification.

All sessions are conducted online, via Microsoft Teams.
If in-person sessions are a priority for you, but you resonate with everything else you see here, I encourage you to book a free taster session to see how it feels to work with me from the comfort of your own home.

As a Life and Mindset Coach, I firmly believe that my most important qualifications come from lived experience. As someone who has experienced a life littered with trauma and trials, I know very well what it means to fight with your mindset and mental health every single day.
More importantly - I know the strength it takes to overcome it.
As well as lived experience, I have a honours degree in Psychology (BSc) and I am undertaking a masters in counselling (MSc), which will allow me to incorporate more trauma-focus within my sessions.
I am also trained within safeguarding and ethical procedures, and have a long history of working alongside vulnerable adults within neurodivergent and mental health settings.
